Kelsey earned her Bachelor Degree in Arts Management with a Minor in Theater from Baldwin Wallace University. In addition to administrative duties in expanding Beck Center’s reach into the community, she has served as a choreographer as well as a faculty member in dance and theater. Prior to her time at Beck Center she completed internships at Academy for Dramatic Arts, Lutheran Memorial School, and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation Dance Marathon. Through these roles, she has developed and honed her skills in arts education, event planning, and community engagement. In the community, she has served as choreographer for Lakewood Congregational Church musicals including Shrek the Musical, Beauty and the Beast, Godspell, and Wizard of OZ as well as serving in a leadership position with WE Lakewood.

Ann grew up a “studio brat” in her mother’s Bay Village dance studio. As a teenager, she studied with several professionally renowned classical ballet instructors. She attended USIU’s School of Performing & Visual Arts in San Diego, CA, received a BFA in musical theatre with a minor in dance, moved to Los Angeles where she became a member of Actors’ Equity. She has worked professionally on the West Coast and in national touring companies. Locally, Ann has been the ballet adjunct faculty educator at LCCC, the Assistant Director of River's Edge, Rocky River High School's show choir, and has taught and choreographed at other area schools and studios. She also works with the Beck Center’s Creative Arts Therapy program in conjunction with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Sarah is a native Clevelander dedicated to bringing dance accessibility to all! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Dance from Baldwin Wallace University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University. Sarah currently is the Associate Director of Music and Creative Arts Therapies at Beck Center, where she brings arts therapies and enrichment to a diverse population. Sarah’s research has appeared in the book Dancing Through and Beyond Cancer, a collection of works promoting the benefits of movement alongside cancer treatments. Sarah has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, musical theater, and contemporary throughout her life. A lover of all things theater as well as ballet, she also choreographs for community and high school theaters in the Cleveland area. When not dancing, Sarah can be found reading a good book, spending time with her husband, son, and their cat, Eloise or supporting local arts. With training ranging from medical, educational, and community settings, she can't wait to bring teaching to a new setting- the brewery!
